Kev,
Adjusted mine last night as the drivers door had sagged slightly - don't understand why it's causing your window to stick though

Try adjusting them first as you can take out some of the play/wear. The method has been described before www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?t=92287&f=11&h=0&hw=door+hinge.
I soaked my bolts in WD40 and left for a couple of days before attempting to undo - they are tight.

It may be that the hinges do not need replacing just the doors lifting and bolts resecuring.

I had this problem and apart from removing the inner door lining it was fairly easy to fix.

Hold on ill see if i can find a link to the original thread.

The bottom door hinge has a nylon bush pressed and in over time this wears a elongates hence the door drops. I made a new set of hinges at work but didn't put the nylon back in just made them out of solid steel. replaced all the bolts they get very rusty. The bolts can be awkward to undo but a drop of oil and a bit of tweeking out they pop. Mines an S1 so 14 years old, newer ones may not have this problem. If you get the hinges out, if you can call them hinges, and they are worn I might be able to get a set made for you if you were to post them to me.
