I just checked my Garage: A Chimaera (Standard Setup)is able to go into the garage without scratching because of the steep angles of the ramp, there are about 2" to spare under the splitter as well as underneath. Can anyone tell me if a V8S would fit?

Even if is doesn't you could try going backwards onto the ramp, or just putting a couple of bits of wood to decrease the gradient.

The V8S has much better ground clearance than the V6 S models and is probably not much different to a Chim (assuming you have standard profile tyres and suspension ride height settings).

Was surprised at the lack of nasty metal scraping sounds when I tentatively took my V8S onto the 'in-laws' driveway recently.

Probably will have to go backwards anyway as the door opening mechanism is on the left side ( European Style)
Dreading the day another guy wants to get out of the garage at the same time...
