The S sailed through MOT yesterday, 98395 miles (6564 since last year) so I reckon I should hit the 100,000 some time around Spa trip!

Back to the garage today with the Taimar, a mere 1055 miles in the last year.

Mine is just under 99,000 at the moment, so I'll be joining the same club sometime this year! 45,000 miles in the 12 years I've had it.

Great isn't it?

I was telling somebody this the other day, and they said "oh that'll affect its value". and I said "not to me, and it has no value to anybody else anyway, because they're not getting it!"

Austin is fast catching up. 86,384 at the moment, just on 65k when I bought him in August 2011. But I did leave him with Barry for the first month wink
I reckon we'll pass the 100k mark around April/ May 2016.
Depending on how many breakfasts & fish 'n' chip runs we do of course.

soapbox Out of interest, years ago I had a part-ex '88F Nissan Micra 1.0 litre that had done a remarkable 258,000 miles from new, and it still had the original engine. For the first three years it was a driving school instructor's car, then it passed on to his dad.
I've no idea how many clutches & gearboxes it had had, and both front seats had been replaced, but it drove beautifully ( well, just like a Micra should ).
Speaks volumes for regular servicing and REGULAR USE. driving

Every S is priceless cloud9

I wonder how many low mileage examples have had a period where the odometer wasn't working or stuck...
