Pressure washer chassis cleaner attachments

I've got one of those chassis cleaners you use with a pressure washer which looks like an upside down patio cleaner on castors - it's done a decent enough job on the moderns, but has anybody used one on an S? Might be good to clean salt and grime from the chassis, but don't want to cause problems by blasting off paint or getting water in places it shouldn't be. Given that there is no undertray, spraying under the front half of the car might not be too clever for the electrics; likewise where the clutch lever comes out of the gearbox...
What do we think - anybody used one?

I put mine up on axle stands and use a "normal" pressure washer.Clutch will dry out (there should be a rubber gaiter) and electrics are fairly resilient. Just think about how much water sprays around under there when driving in the rain

Just drive oop norf & carefully turn your S upside down.
The rain up here is more powerful than any pressure washer and will aquablast your chassis to as-new condition in no time.
Remember to bring your galoshes, sou-wester, wet suit & snorkel/ scuba gear.
A brolly is useless, it will just immediately blow inside-out.
It's just how it is up here. Mostly.

Tell me about it! I use a squeegee & a demister pad to try to clear the rain from the inside of my windscreen in normal downpours, a towel for thunderstorms but I still have a problem with rain on my glasses.
Rainex only works if I shake my head vigorously from side to side, but this gives the appearance that I'm saying "No" when I'm really enjoying it apart from I can't see where I'm going.
I could do with one of those high speed rotating circular window things that they have on warship bridges for enhanced visibility when the waves are breaking over the superstructure.
Unless anyone has a better solution?
