I'm in and so is Phillpot (although seeing as most of his car is newer than any of the S6 models I'm not sure where in the line he'll be hehe ). PompeyTim will also be there in his Griff. Anyone else?

To answer Longers' original question - we're hoping to have a cracking collection of S's at Burleigh - hopefully with at least one of each of S1-S4 + V8S. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the cars selected, well I hope not!

I'll leave it to those that have kindly offered their cars to spoil the suspense - if they wish to do so.

How do I know - well, I'm part of the selection committee wink

The only model we're short is an S4. So if anyone has a nice example of an S4 and is coming to Burghley could they please drop me a PM.

Cheers,
Gary

I offered my Taimar (just to make the Ss look good of course!) but not heard back, so probably in the deer enclosure as well frown

...anyone want to join my timeline of culturally un-acceptable S's

Dodgey graphics, alternative body modifications, and generally well used appearances are necessary requirements... wink

My S3 has the (awesome cloud9 ) S4 bonnet so if you cannot find one I could take the place of the S4. It should be easy to find another S3 with an S3 bonnet wink

Barry,
Have you been playing with Duncan on those MCC Hillclimb Trials?
Or were you doing the muddy sporting trials at Shelsley's Sunday event?
Or have you just gone dirty now you can get it up without struggling?

wink

Who'd want an S3C with a non-awesome bonnet? wink

Yep, we already have it covered guys.
That's what the Clarence Boddiger Trophy is all about:
The "best go car not show car award", keeping true to our late departed friend Ken's ethos of "It's better to drive it than polish it".

Looks like Debs and I will be there. I will need to display a sticker saying something along the lines of 'S1` HYBRID' so the V8 bonnet doesnt fool the marshals. Definitely not one for the time line, may be the deer park for me as well then?
