Sunday and Millbrook :-(
Discussion
Sadly I'm not going as a. I'm not a TVRCC member, and b. By the time I heard about it the Sunday was sold out, which given I live in Milton Keynes is a triple kick in the town halls... I've driven the Millbrook Alpine course with work (Volkswagen) and it's AWESOME.
Anyway, if any S'ers are pulling over nearby on there way to or from let me know and I'll pop over and say hello in my S as I'm yet to meet any other S folk.
Andrew,

Andrew,
You're not alone guys. I'm a member, but not going as I spent too long procrastinating and by the time I tried to book it, a few days before the deadline, Sunday was sold out.
I didn't recall any mention of limited numbers, but there was such a long reserve list, I didn't bother.
Since then, I found that those on the reserve list have been granted entry. B

Oh well, lesson learned. I'll be first in the queue for the next big celebration in 25 years time
P.S. I do think it's right that it's members only. After all, it is the Club's 50th being celebrated, so fair do's....

Andrew, why not consider going along to a TVR Car Club Meet? There are plenty of meets around your area, where I'm sure you could meet other S owners. You would be assured of a warm welcome anyway.Anyway, if any S'ers are pulling over nearby on there way to or from let me know and I'll pop over and say hello in my S as I'm yet to meet any other S folk.

The Herts & Beds Region get together on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Shuttleworth Aerodrome. You don't HAVE to be a member, but in my view it's worth joining for the benefits: The excellent monthly Sprint Magazine, Club discount from many retailers, reduced admission charge to various events, shows & trackdays and so on. For me, it's a no-brainer!
Also, get along to some of the S meets regularly publicised on this forum, and keep on eye on our Events Wiki ( Now that's what I call the 2015 Events Wiki! ) at the top of the list of topics on page 1.
And did you not hear about our annual S Club Heaven gathering? This year we held it at Stoneleigh Kit Car Show and enjoyed 3 days of festivities, runs out, and general merriment. I did all I could to promote it on here. We had 37 S's at the show on the Monday, but I suspect some were put off by the weather forecast, even though it turned out to be a sunny day.

You do have to make a bit of an effort, but you don't necessarily have to drive 150 miles for a Sunday breakfast. Although some of us idiots do

Hope to see you around soon. How about Buxhall village fete on Sat 1st August? Check it out!

I would have turned up to that but my car was having its much needed body off chassis restoration at that time. Hopefully next year.
