Driver's seat is currently seized all the way back, which is fine given i'm 6'3, but i'm applying some penetrating oil to various bolts ready to remove seats and belts next week, and would like to get at the bolt heads at the back of the driver's seat rails too. Where's best on the seat mechanism to apply some freeing oil, or should i liberally squirt it down the rail?

If you can lock off the top of the bolt just heave away until it sheers. Then replace with stainless socket head bolts when putting it all back together.

getting penetrating oil in the right places with seat in could be tricky without soaking the carpets (could smell nice for years to come)
