Hi All.
Went down to the shop last night and some Bast~~r has had it away with 3 drills, nothing else but 3 drills that were FU~~ed. They broke a window 12" X 15" to get in, we think it was kids. I had some ply in the van for Monday so ended up spending 3 hours making it safe, found a piece of fencing to temp secure the other windows.
Going out this morning to get a video kit with a internet dongle.

4 sheets of 3/4" ply

window cleaner is going to have a hell of a time cleaning these

Bcensoredds! I'm surprised they didn't nick your hoverbox Alan! That's probably what tempted them in the first place, seeing as all the hoverboards have been withdrawn from sale. And they are only segways with the handles removed, they don't actually hover.

scratchchin Was it a project you've been keeping under wraps? Great Scott! wink

How about putting the razor wire under the windows, on the inside, in the dark? Then just let A&E deal with them.

Scene 1: Early hours of the morning, Alan's garage.

Scene 2: A&E.some time later:
Nurse: Well young man, how did you get these lacerations?
TPB: fell over, didn I?
Nurse: You must have fallen on some very sharp things.
TPB: grunts in response.
Nurse: Oh well, if you can’t be sure what it was we’d better give you a tetanus injection and another to protect you from Staphylococcus. Drop your pants and roll over. This is going to hurt you a lot more than it will me.

truth of the matter can be: you get police interest for lacerations caused by 'crime prevention measures'.

the trick is to be less attractive an opportunity than your neighbours.

Good one glen, now thinking about the tinsel on the wire

Alan
chestnuts roasting on an open fire, tinsel flapping on the razor wire, sounds like a Christmas song

Nice tech. Now you can watch the little buggers looking around your workshop, but...

Razor wire rules, thumbup The walls at my old junior school were topped with broken glass in mortar. I was never sure whether that was to keep people out or keep us in laugh
