another poor design feature?
Discussion
The original top-hose has a little screw vent in it, and is more gently curved. Tim at ATC certainly does a replacement silicone hose with the gentle curve and he might do one with the bleed screw. Worth a call.
Using the word "design" in connection with anything on an 'S', other than the engine/chassis combination and the shape of the body, is really a misuse of the word.

That's the way to go...Using the word "design" in connection with anything on an 'S', other than the engine/chassis combination and the shape of the body, is really a misuse of the word.

just looking at your pic again and it looks to me like the 1st bit of pipe coming up from the spout before the elbow is longer than it needs to be, looks like you could cut and inch or 2 off and still have enough pipe to clamp over the spout and thus slightly reducing air trap by lowering elbow in relation to swirl pot?

Wait until you find out how the Range Rover wiring loom is connected into the TVR loom
I love reading these posts of TVR design or lack of it
, back of a fang packet, designed on the workbench speaks to mind
, wouldn't have it any other way, otherwise we would have no man cave's fixing and re engineering our P&J's, long may it continue
