Gosh. That's a task and a half and unless you have experience/knowhow and the right equipment, I would leave it alone. I'll tackle most jobs, but think that this one could end up a right mess without the right knowledge, experience, ability, etc etc.
Good luck!

Not too familiar with the Si style dash, is it just one piece of leather/vinyl or whatever stretched over the whole thing or are there any seems?

Guess the tricky bit is, because it is concave, if it's not well glued on it will lift off and look yuk?

It's a large area to cover in one go but maybe worth a try. I'd be thinking about a slow drying adhesive to give myself plenty of time to stretch the vinyl around all the corners and curves and get the tension right. I'd also be thinking about using a big vacuum bag to hold the vinyl in place on all those complex curves while the glue goes off.

A bigger version of this maybe?

Thanks guys, had to do my dash in 2 pieces, just wanting to see how some have turned out. Put the foam scrim on tonight, don't need to stitch the sides. will put the leather on in the morning.

Top and bottom are joined with wing nuts through the speaker holes

Temp in place for the glue to fully dry

That isnt an S1 dash! The S1 dash would be more difficult as it is one very large piece.
Just as a matter of interest how many S's have a leather dash. Most of the S cars 'appear' to have been built for sale through dealers and not to specific detailed orders and the standard TVR material for the S was a material called Ambla which was primarily supplied to Jaguar. I say 'appear' because nothing associated with TVR is quite that clear cut!

It was Ambla, Magnolia leather will do the job, I have to have the dash in two as I need to be able to remove the gear stick piece to get to the gearbox so I did it in two. Changed the radio area to make it easy to re upholster, won't be able to fit as I have to do the dash and sides. not yet as I have to go and see my new grandson.
Well it's covered, happy with the first attempt at upholstery, going to do the door cards but have the seats done by Unique Trim.

Just to bolt the two up, not cut out the glove box as the heat gun is playing up

I do like music when I am driving so two speakers in the lower consul and two in the doors
