Not long to SCH and as I'm assuming we are a club entry, do we need to book in advance and if so, who with?

If anyone can clarify that would be great as the website is clear on individual entries but not so for clubs.

Sure our one of our excellent organisers will be along soon to confirm but I imagine that as we have a group/club booking it is a simple turn up on the day and tell the guys on the gate you are with TVR S Club?

Should be just turn up on the day
I'm hoping there won't be any need to register individually as we have a number of spaces booked and an enclosure reserved for S Club, there may be a need for passes so the gate staff can identify us as exhibitors, and direct us to our pitch.
When there's a firm agreement with the organisers I'll post full details.

A valid question Nigel.

I'm not allowed on facebook since my first attempt to join went all peculiar and somebody called JK wanted to be my friend Scary stuff!

But I have asked the organisers of Uxbridge Auto Show for clarification and I will post their reply on here as soon as I get a reply from them.

Booking has been confirmed with Uxbridge Autoshow.
Passes will be £7 and will allow entry to the show and exhibit in our S Club area.
I'll either post the passes to you or meet before the event to receive passes.
To keep things tidy I'll start a new thread with a list of attendees.
If it gets deleted we'll carry on with this one.
