Needing replacement window motors for my S3C an examination reveals that they are Bosch with part Nos 0130821069 L/H
0130821070. R/H

A search reveals interesting alternatives -

Spoiled for choice which one to go for !!!! But can safely confirm that taxi motors fitted fine

Nice find smile

Not over impressed with the $575 but the second hand one was a good deal!

Man of few words our Mike - I'd say brilliant find. There were posts on these way back going on about Renault 5's being the donor etc

Who needs Renalt when you can use Ferrari parts!! But I would say S3c is fairly late in the line and earlier cars will probably have used something different. I also think these Bosch motors fit Chims.

Looks like a possible. I had seen those. But there are detail differences and the brand is unspecified. Personally I was happy to pay the fifteen quid that mine cost and know I was getting Bosch.

Looks the same as the Chimaera window motors. I bough one from a taxi breakers for £14 which did the job nicely. I had considered buyin a lot up but they are only £102 brand new inc VAT at TVR Parts:

https://tvr-parts.com/tvr-parts/part-details/tvr-m...

https://tvr-parts.com/tvr-parts/part-details/tvr-m...

But they are £185 + VAT at Racetech!

And don't get me started if you mention the F word. As the OP has spotted. Even second hand for a Ferrari they start at £325 for the same Bosch motor on fleabay!

The rivets can be drilled out of the gear housing cover and the motor barrell bolts can be undone, this type of motor is serviceable for those that have the determination

Well I just undid the 2 end cap screws and pulled the motor out of the housing:

After cleaning, it still decided sometimes to just not work so I replaced it in the end.

The motors are actually the same on both windows. It is the housing plate and the gearing that makes them sided with different part numbers by 1 digit.
