OZ 8-spoke centre caps - installation direction

I am going to have the new tyres I have bought (BluResponse) fitted by my local tyre place, one at a time so that while the wheels are off I can clean the suspension. Can anyone remind me please which way the OZ centre caps are installed (from the outside in, or from the inside out) so I can minimise the amount of whacking.

I believe they push out backwards.

Yes they are fitted from the inside.

Do you know the size or have a link for purchase? I need one extra.
( Too lazy to go outside with tape measure..... )

Thanks, once I have them extracted for cleaning and slight dent removal on one of them, from previously being whacked the wrong way -- that darned 'John Book' gets everywhere -- I will measure and confirm.

Here are some pics of the removed items, the key when buying used replacements is the part number moulded into the cap (M-075 or M-075A) and check to make sure the teeth haven't been snapped off by a numpty tyre fitter trying to prise them out from the front.
