Hi anyone out there got a spare filter housing centre bolt for a 2.8 ford Colone engine they would sell me or know were I could get one

Yes , number 8 looks like the one I think it goes right through into the original filter threaded bolt in the block ,

Our 2.8 S's don't have the oil filter adaptor.
On our V6 Colognes, the oil filter canister screws straight into the block horizontally.

Presumably there is a male thread sticking out of your block that the filter could screw straight onto if space allowed, as it does in the S cars.

Yes it has but my engines in my vixen no problem with fitting original oil filter but I'm also fitting a oil cooler block and there isn't enough room to get cooler block and filter in so I'm having to change position of oil filter , thanks for your replys

As Glen said, the S1 doesn't use the filter housing. Better off looking at Sierra or Capri forums.
