CV Grease - What Type?

What type of CV grease is recommended for the CV joints? I have a tin of Castrol MS3 the label on which says it is suitable for some CV joints.

But is it suitable for the Sierra CV joints?

Should be filthy dark grey stuff, Opie oils comes up with this.... Molybdenum grease
