TVR V8S dashboard/heater panel lens

Has anyone found a source for the green, blue and red lens that fit behind the V8S/S3 dashboard for the heater/ventilation.
I am having the dash refurbed and need to replace.

Quite possibly but I don't recall it. Have you tried the search option?

While it’s in bits, would be a good time to get rid of the crappy fibre optics and fit some nice LEDs.
