Outboard motor or a sail?

Looking out of the window watching it lash down (as it has been doing all day)!

Just thinking whether I need to fit an outboard motor or a sail before the trip to S Club, I get the feeling I will need one or the other...that's if the car doesn't sink first!!!

Good point, I was thinking about a pair of huge outboards like you see on the racing boats...that would be cool!

Reminds me of the classic Top Gear episode where they had to convert motors into watercraft - great TV - even the missus laughed!

how coincidental is that? - just posted the above comment and then while browsing another forum, just seen that they (Top Gear mob) are at it again! Apparently currently in Dover trying to cross Channel in the same 'watercraft' as last time!!! Can't wait for new series
