Having had my S3 for about a month I am begining to understand the highs and lows of TVR ownership! The current problem is the boot; it came open whilst I was driving and then refused to close. After a bit of fiddling with the catch it closed... and refused to open! I had just picked the car up from having speakers fitted in the back, is it likely that the audio shop messed the boot release up? The drama is not that I can't get in the boot, but that I have to be 100% sure of the weather before I take the roof off (and leave it at home!)

I also had a small drama on the M4 when the fuel pump gave up, and I was amused that I couldn't even find the fuses because the manual is for the old style curvy dash.

Has anyone any ideas?

There is a sort of 'manual override' for the boot mechanism, dont want to go into too much detail on here. Look in Steve Heath's bible or email me for further info. It should get you into the boot but wont solve your problem long term if the release mechanism is knackered.
