97 Griff 500 for £11995
Discussion
Yep, saw that one. Caught my eye and then I thought.....why? Just me being cynical I guess, but I always reckon there's no such thing as a free lunch. Test drove a pre-cat griff yesterday in the sunshine. Blimey! What a motor...I'll have to have one! It seemed a lot more 'together' than my 's', clearly, a lot faster, and generally a better feeling sportscar than the chimera that a friend let me drive the other day. Griff here I come
A guy I work with is looking for a Chim or Griff and went to look at two Griffs on Saturday. One for £14K and one for £13.5K. The dearer one was very badly maintained and in need of about £3K spending. The cheaper one was in very good condition all round and made the dearer one look like a joke for that money.
Just goes to prove that price isn't a good indicator of condition.
