Paint code

Where is the paint code on the S? As per my last thread I plan to respray the S in April/Easter, but need to get the correct paint code to do this. Just wondering where it is?

Unfortunately the d**n things metallic. I hate spraying metallic!!

It should be on the VIN plate.
e.g. mine is P420-KV54 (ICI Arctic White).
AFAIK it is the ICI code, rather than TVR's own.

It's part of the body/chassis number scribed on the metal plate on the bulkhead under the bonnet.

Phone the factory and ask for the paintshop... helpful chap there told me which bit it was and what it all meant (colour/type of paint, etc).

Right I have VIN, Body and Engine.

The body is P422 - 2382. Could this be it? I think I'll give the paint shop a ring.
