Door Card Clips

Hi All,
Just been looking on ebay for the clips that hold the door cards on, found a few but none that look like the only rusty one I have. Anyone know where to get the right ones from

Got a picture Alan, anything like these? ...... Triumph Clip

Could they be replaced with plastic ones?
