Difference in spring length

I've just removed the Shock/spring on the bottom from the front of my S1 and plan to install the new set (top). Should I be concerned about the difference in length? The old shock color tells me it's probably a Koni and the spring perch says Spax. The new items are Gaz pro.

No, they are adjustable.

They do seem to vary....did you have ride height and wheel arch clearance measurements of the old...and then do same with the new...they tend to look to high as std, but when lower, you need to watch the exhaust ground clearance...suggest you suck it and see
