Front curtesy lights

Hi All.
Did the S have any lights over the driver and passenger?, I ask as there was no upholstery over the top of the windscreen support, there were 2 wires one black and one purple and white. If there was a light what was it off

Originally it would have had a small rectangular light in the middle of the rear hoop with a three position switch - no light in the windscreen surround. But obviously other lights could have been added by previous owners.

yep mine too has the interior light in the middle of the roof hoop
