As per title, preferably as close to Cannock as possible, wheel refurb places will also be considered.

There's A1 Wheel refurbishment on Biston Road in Wolverhampton.

They did my summer set of MX5 wheels and I was happy with the result. (Crappy wheels went in, a few days later shiny powder coated wheels came out)

Not a website type of company. Best to drop in and get them to look at the wheels and suck on teeth I'd think.

Another refurbishment recommendation - lap-tab by Spaghetti Junction, I've used them a few times and been pleased with the service.

Cheap wheels will always be crap IMO. Best bet is to get the set you have refurbished assuming they are good quality.
