Building work at Queens Park and Ride

Theres a fair bit of building work going on at Queens park and ride.
I reckon its electric car charging points my misses says its ticket machines.
Does anyone know what the score is

Deffo looks like electric charging points/bays to me.

They are chunky charging points as well - with them behind a security fence, I suspect they will be bays where the electric buses will be charged up.
