Has anyone used them or does anyone know of anyone who has?

I have had a quote from them to fit a replacement engine in my broken X-Type, the quote being over £600.00 less than anyone else.

They offer a collection & delivery service, a courtesy car & 12 month/20k mile warranty which seems excellent & they appear to know what they are talking about when i spoke to them on the phone earlier this afternoon.

Most internet reviews look to be first class however before i commit i need to find out if anyone has used them.

As it stands i will more than likely be giving them my business however just need to be certain that they are good as being up in Gloucester i have no way of collating any local knowledge.

Check out the cost of new pistons, then add up a guesstimate of bearings, gaskets,fluids, machining, strip and fit and engine assembly, and operating costs, then decide whether the figure you have been quoted takes that little lot into accounts, or simply fits a 'new' engine from a breaker. Nothing wrong with that but not if you just priced for a rebuilt engine
