Ignition timing in Bristol

Hi Guys,

I've put a new engine in my Integra, unfortunately because it's so 90s it needs adjusting with a timing light. I had a friend do their best with a timing light on the driveway but he said to take it to a garage with a rolling road to ensure it's done properly.

Is there anyone in Bristol or the southwest that will do it?
