Cameras on m4 nr Leigh delamere

Coming w/b on m4 by Leigh delamere there are four cameras on a bridge (one per lane inc hard shoulder). They don't look like traffic cameras so wondered if they were speed related?

Nothing to panic about, they're linked to the local VOSA weighbridge, for HGV movements - nothing speed related.
