Hi Guys
Does anyone here work at JP Morgan Bournemouth?

If so, where do you park and how to you get to the office? How long does it take?

Many thanks
E.Twinge.

I used to work their a few years ago. They have a small carpark on site but unless you've been there for a few eons its unlikely you`ll get a space.

The do run buses between Verwood, The triangle, train station and maybe a few other places for 50p a trip. So if you are near any of those pickups they are the best way to get there.

But saying that i used to park in the housing estate on the other side of the wessex way as you head towards Castle Point, behind "Jubilee something or other" and walked over, only took 5-10 mins

Be weary about parking on Townsend, it's a bus route and also gets a fair amount of HGV's running through. Not the most pleasant part of town either.

Don't they have a bus service onto the site?

Here's how it work, no parking on site unless you work unsocialble hours or have been there 10 years plus.

They work with brittania parking and provide 7 different bus routes which I personally use and think are great. £5 for a weeks travel is a bargain.

You can also buy a seasonal pass and park in kings park which is only a 10 minute walk into chaseside.

Do not park on the housing estate, I have heard just too many stories about attacks on body work and tyres up there.

You dont need to risk your car.

that is very useful, thanks.

If I accept the job, i would be coming from southampton. I can't make up my mind if getting the train from southampton to bournemouth and then getting the bus to the office is more time/money efficient than buying a car, parking somewhere and then getting the bus.
A rail season ticket is £188 a month and the journey is 30 mins approx, and then add on the bus time.
I know this is PH and I should be buying something with two seats and A V8 really but I can't.
At the moment I spend 4 hours a day and £400 a month commuting to london and back so i'm hoping this is more efficient!

I've had friends demand a parking space with the job, worth a shot given the genuine commute you have, unlike most of the workers there

Christ, anything will be better than 4 hours a day to the smoke mate.
