Had an email from the guvnor the other day about temporary restrictions to opening times, so I though that I would post it on here for an fellow habituees of the place;

"Due to an influx of travellers on stony cross we will be altering our opening times until they are moved on.

We will close every afternoon a 3.00pm including weekends.

We will open again at 5pm and close at 7.00- 7.30 pm

These times may alter if necessary

Sorry about any inconvenience caused please pass this on to anyone relevant

Many thanks Neil & Pauline"

Surprised they have been there so long now. Been a PITA around Ringwood for a while now, I am guessing they are the same bunch that moved into Carvers

Not sure, but Neil was like a cat on hot bricks on Thursday night. Bloody dreadful that they should have such an impact on normal day to day activities.

Neil will welcome anyone to the pub as long as they are well behaved but sadly that lot seem to be disruptive and anything but well behaved....

Real shame, its a nice place and a nice pub. I'm guessing they've bombarded the place causing trouble? Anyone know what anti social behaviour they've been up to?

Normal service resumed at The Royal Oak, so I guess they've been moved on now.
