Hi all,

I need 2 plastic discs, 88mm in diameter and 6mm thick in black.

Does anyone or know of anyone who can cut plastic to this spec?

Regards,
Damian.

I haven't, how much does plastic like that cost and where do you get it from haha?

How much would you want for it any ways?

Cheers.

Do you have a Transatlantic Plastics or a sign makers shop near you? you need a strip 100mm X 300mm

If you are not too fussed about tolerance then machining will cost you peanuts. smile

Wasn't really too sure where you get it done tbh. Will take alook for one on monday.

You've lost me there lol. I just need them to stick on the back or resin badges so I can attach them to my car.

Tolerance means how close to 88mm did you want them, as they only fit fresh air (i.e it doesn't matter if they are 87mm or 89mm)

So see if you can get some plastic and drop me a mail.

Look on Ebay, if acrylic is good enough then you should be able to fin it on ebay and if you find the right one he will cut to any shape. My boomerang front splitters are done like this smile

I managed to find one company on ebay who done 100mm discs and no smaller. If I wanted smaller I would have to pay and extra £3 per disc for it.

I emailed one company about it and they wanted £60 a disc!!!

Wouldn't it be easier to give him the extra £6 instead? lol
