A272 film set?

Coming out of Winchester, joining the A272 by Intech and off towards the Meon Hut, you go up a bit of a hill and then on the left hand side there is a large natural bowl which seems to have sprouted a large film set. Does anyone know what all this is about as there is a huge perimeter fence going around the whole site?

The matterley Bowl has played host to many music Festivals along the years, I drove past on the way to the Meon Hut, and did wonder, its not your usual festival set up, but this explains it!

No of course it's not! We know that one of the important elements of festivals is being in the great outdoors. However we are recreating our favourite parts of town so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

I thought they were having the World Motocross round there in a couple of weeks so maybe its in another bit of the 'bowl'?

The motorcross is at langrish over towards petersfield. Its august bank holiday.

Moto cross calender says it's on the 21st at Matterley which probably means not in the bowl itself but on the land to the east of it. Thought the Langrish one is the traditional Ken Hall Trophy meeting......I may be wrong though
