Me and a chum are looking to rent a smallish cheapish unit come workshop or farm shed, can be pretty scruffy but must have power. We need about 500 or so square feet.

No, not bought anything new, I had a bump in the old BMW, twice, was too embarassed to tell the guys at work so I bought another one the same colour and kept coming to work without saying anything! Then I got caught out! I kept the first one, got a bit attached to it, so I'd like to fix that and tidy it up a bit, then sell the second one, then I'll put the e type in there and get on with it.

Good luck with your search. Coming to the time for mine to have a proper restoration but don't want to start as it means I'll have to stop driving them!
