Stainless Exhaust fabrication

Can anyone recommend me a place that can make me a new decat pipe in 2.5" stainless steel. I currently have a miltek one but want a larger diameter to match the rest of the system.

I have spoken to Powerflow in totton but they won't quote me or do anything without having the car which isn't possible as its currently sorn, they wouldn't do it even if i took down my current pipe down to be copied It is a very simple design and only about 75cm long. I can order one from the states but will cost about £100 with shipping etc and thought it should be possible to have one made here for less.

We use Fusion in Lymington for custom a-frames for the boats at work. Very good work and would be able to make that. Or Linpol Metal Polishing in Hurn we use as well.

Dan - Fusion can't bend 2.5" pipe in-house but will sort a flange if i get the pipe bent.

Thinking at this rate it is going to be easier to order one from the states!

anyways on your topic, would say if you had a piece avail from US then go for that but check on how long shipping is, if this matters, had some stuff take few weeks others have been a couple of days for same gear. It may well be easier (and you wont waste car cleaning time)to order in?

Had mine made in stainless at DSB Mechanical Services based in Coneyhurst, West Sussex Tel: [phone] and was happy with there work came in at £90 tho so not much cheaper than youve been qouted.
