Just driven past Pizza Hut in Winchester, Hampshire. It's closed down.

Is it just this branch or have they all gone? Anyone know?

They shot themselves in the foot when they ceased deliveries a couple of years back frown

Driven past, midday on Monday?

Are you a bus driver?

Ok when I said 'just', I actually meant last night.

And as it happens, if you want the full story, I walked past, wasn't driving at all.

And not only that, I was walking towards the bus station, against the 'one way'.

My car was parked in the broadway. But for the sake of the thread, I thought it easy to just say 'drove past'.

Jeez, you traffic sign pedant! biggrinbiggrin

So anyway, do you know why it closed??!!

The one in the Wandsworth shopping centre has just closed down as well. Never liked it myself but not a good sign if one of the cheapest places to eat right under thousands of council flats (it was always full) has gone under.

Think it must just be that one. I'm off to the one in Hedge End for a mates birthday tonight and we've got all you can eat for £5, so I hope to god it's not closed!!

(all you can eat is a challenge, not an advertisement. will they never learn?!)

Happy Birthday to you,
Squashed tomatoes and stew,
You look like a monkey,
And you smell like one too.

(courtesy of my 5 year old niece on my birthday last month!)
