It's been closed for ages and was my localist local fill-up station for the V-Power juice! Anyone know when it will be open again?

I dont think it will be for a long time mate. BP went on a buying spree apparently, snapping up many of the franchise Shell stations and then closed them down so the motorist is forced to go to the next nearest non-supermarket provider, normally BP. I used to go to Darby's all the time but now i have to go to Pickets Post in Ringwood. Darbys was also one of the busiest stations around.

Its either tomorrow at around 10, or Friday at 10. Can't remember off the top of my head. Fleets Corner is better anyway :P (not bias in anyway xD).

Blimey, that is precise, blooming hope you're right! Cheers all for your input, it was always a very busy station and surprised me it's take sooooo long to open again.

Haha inside knowledge xD. The manager popped in to say a few days ago.

Drove past today doing the fuel survey and it was closed still, so guessing it is Friday. It was meant to be November time, but there was a problem with one of the tanks, got contaminated or something, so got pushed back to December, guessing something else went wrong though. Does look rather nice. Christ that is sad that I said that lol.

I actually thought that this was pretty slow. Shopfitting, which this pretty much is, is normally exceptionally swift. Time = Money.

Business as usual then. No surprises really with Tesco offering 10p off per litre at the moment, when you spend £60, which is worryingly easy to do.

And today they have no Vpower super unleaded at any of the pumps, which was my only reason for going there in the first place!

Think it was in General Gassing, but a few people have said something similar about Vpower at other places.
