Speed Cameras around Southampton

I have noticed that the red light cameras in the area are now covered in fluorescent yellow stickers. I believe them still to just be red light cameras, but a few of my friends are absolutely sure that they are now speed cameras as well as red light cameras? Anyone know the full story on this?

As far as i am aware they are still just red light cameras.
If they have changed them i may be in trouble.

We have these 'speed on green' cameras in Poole/Bournemouth and the tell-tale is multi banding and paint strips across the junction (just like at a typical fixed speed camera site). If your junction doesn't have these, then I'm not sure how photographic evidence is obtained of your speed?
