Hi all, the MX5 in question is not mine but the girlfriend's mum (pictures cannot be supplied unfortunaley!)

The front brake pads are low on the MX5 (2000 reg) the local garage are quoting her £67 to replace both front pads.

Is this reasonable? if not, do any of you know/recommend the cheapest garage who can do it?

I can't do it as my tools and what not are in Essex!

Patrick.

Give Garath at the MX5 Restorer a ring, see what he can do it for..

Just had all 4 discs and pads changed for £60, but I supplied the discs/pads :P

Don't know the amount of work involved on an MX-5 but would have thought that was pretty reasonable. (Done plenty of my own discs and pads)
Is VAT included or did they 'forget' to include it in the quote?
