Afternoon all,

I'm in Brighton on Saturday morning, I've got an appointment in Jubilee Square just before noon. Where's best to park for an hour or so, the cheaper, the better and I don't mind a walk!

Thanks!

Mark.

Free multi-storey at the marina and you can walk along Madeira Drive.

I've always found Brighton parking expensive. (But I usually pay because I am too lazy to park at the marina and walk along Madeira Drive.

Asda is free, if that's where he means? I used to park there and walk up to the Speed Trials.

Are you going on the oo err pull in Brighton?

A on the map is where you're going, everywhere is expensive to park, if you want a multistorey, London Road is probably the best, follow the red line on the map. Sainsburies is near there as well, blue line, I guess that you have to pay to park there but can get a refund when you do some shopping? On street parking (ticket from machine) is £3.50 an hour near the town centre.

Free parking starts at the north edge of Preston Park, it's still a decent walk in from there or you can get a 5,5A,5B bus but the return fare's about £4 these days which might be as much as car parking.

Looks like it's opposite Asda, I've got an appointment with Renault and then visiting a female at Sussex Uni. whistle

I always park in the Churchill Square shopping centre one.

£3 for 2 hours / £4 for 2 - 3 hours / 3 - 4 hours for £6.. Given the location of the middle of town, could be worse imo.

Change of plan. Apparently I can park at Brighton Station for £5.30 for the day, walk to my appt in Jubilee Square and then it's a £2 return to Falmer for Sussex Uni.

I was duped!!!!

Turned up running late, eventually found the station Multi-storey, £11!!!!!! Then the train to Falmer after my morning of startling pedestrians in various Electric Renaults cost me £1 more than the Internet said!! Should have is tuck with my gut and followed Mark's advice.
