Hey What type of roof is it and what is the problem

Its a flat roof and with a bit of damage to one edge where I assume water is getting in as my Cerb is standing in a puddle!

Normally if your flat roof has cracked along the edge where it folds down the face,the roof is shot


I have to visit a job in eat Grinstead if you would like me to visit and assess

stick that flash band stuff along the edge and see if that stops the rain getting in, then sell up and move out !!!!
