Garage in Eastleigh/Chandlers Ford

Hi all, might incur the wrath of the mods, but here goes. Looking for a garage for car storage in Eastleigh/Chandlers Ford area. Doesn't need lighting or power, just needs to be dry and secure. Will need regular though not all that frequent access.

Please let me know if you have anywhere that might be suitable.

Might be worth giving the local housing association a call, they used to have quite a lot of locks ups for rent. Its First Wessex you want to try.

Have you tried Gumtree? I saw some a while back advertised that were near the Esso/vauxhall garage for around £12 a week.

I've signed up to the waiting list for eastleigh council garages but no luck yet. Think it's probably over subscribed

And prepare to feel very disgruntled! I rented a garage from New Forest council and was told that if I was on benefits, I wouldn't have to pay VAT, but seeing as I work and don't receive any benefits, I would have to pay the VAT! Amazing.
