Anyone know why someone has painted one singular electricity pylon Gold/Yellow on the side of the M27 between Hedge End and the airport? It is on the North side of the M27 (East Bound) and you can only really see it if travelling West as it is obscured by trees coming the other way.
It's in primer. Awaiting the topcoat of micaceous iron oxide grey. I don't know why it's been in primer for that long, perhaps there is an operational restriction in place the is stopping them shutting the line down to finish off.
