planning to for a scenic walk in new forest

any recommendations? looking to go for a weekend walk in new forest. seen a few trails, but not sure which ones are good?

Depends on what you're after in terms of distance, but the area around Godshill near Fordingbridge is pretty scenic. You can walk across to the bombing range on Ashley Walk if you're interested in history. Plenty of panoramic views. A good pub at the fighting cocks.
