The Speed Camera on eastern road(portsmouth) has disappeared! Anyone know why?

The Hants Scamera Site has been down for ages!

Went about 5-6 weeks ago. Know it was featured in the Portsmouth News at the time but their site's shite so can't find the story. Don't think it was malicious, damage was conducive with a vehicle impact tho.
