Just wheel it into the nearest scrapyard, sign a couple of forms - job done
Take it to EMR directly. They are next to PC World and where all the other scrap dealers will go too. No middle man, just weighed, crushed and sent to China. Bring all your other scrap metal while you're there, and see why so many scrap collectors are around.
