Does anyone have a copy of the Surrey Run 4 DVD?

I did buy a copy at the time but in the recent separation / house sale it's gone missing. :-(

If anyone still has a copy that they could make me a copy of or lend me to copy and I'll return it then I'd be *VERY* grateful...
