Connor is the young lad who the charity event at Meltham was held for.

I have just been informed by Connor's Uncle who borrowed my car to take him to this event, that he passed away peacefully in his sleep last night.

Most of the publicity for this event was on Scoobynet and I'm sure they'll set some kind of memorial thread up on there as soon as the technicalities are out of the way.

Poor lad, I couldn't make the event myself, but I've heard it was quite a gathering. Great memory for him

Really sorry to hear this. I was lucky enough to be able to attend the Connor's Day show, he even presented me with a trophy for having his favourite car of the day! My heart goes out to his family.

I don't know who Tom Cash is as these photos were posted on another forum but I have always thought this picture really summed up the spirit of the day.

I had the pleasure of shaking his hand at the 'Connors Day' event as he was looking at my car. Very brave young man.

RIP Connor.

Huge shame frown

I went to Connors day, it was a truly amazing day and turn out.
It was both a really good day, and also a sad one too knowing the background to it all.

I held back a tear or two when I took this shot

What a turnout! Good for him!

I've expressed my sadness elsewhere so i'll just say my heart goes out to his parents.
