Pick-Up parking at York train station?

I’m picking up MrsG this afternoon and wondered is there free pick-up parking at the station?

Yes.

If you are literally picking up and not leaving the car, you can pick up at the front where the taxis collect.

If you need to leave the car, go past this you get a shortish time (20mins?) free in the car park round the back. You still need a ticket.

I shouldn’t have to leave the car but good to know I can go to the other one if needed.

Trains are all over the place today so I did use the free 20 mins round the back.
