The caramel heritage leather on my new purchase is in dire need of some TLC, are there any detailers in the area that could fully revamp the leather?

I phoned them today and the jist of it was they just re-trim the leather. I mentioned filling the cracks etc. but he seemed to say they can't/don't do that due to products being water based rather than oil based now (or vice versa) and it just peels- sounds like ste to me. I've emailed them pictures and a link to this thread-
