Speed Camera's

I've never seen this before, I don't go over the speed limit so it won't effect me :O

Been noticing police panda cars parked up in various (new) locations in the Perthshire area with what looks like a speed camera, I may be wrong and could just be an ANPR device, attached to the B pillar.

Judging by where I've seen them, and they are in places you could very easily rise above the speed limit without noticing I'd say speed camera's.

Something like a searchlight / flat sensor .I see them downsouth ,roof mounted and they're ANPR devices . For those with no insurance /MOT- I've no sympathy, but in UK today, not paying Tax ( VED included) is a MAJOR crime and prevention/detection takes precedance over the detection/prevention of all other crimes .

Police Scotland were doing a 3 day ANPR operation looking out for untaxed or uninsured vehicles from the 13th August. Maybe this
was part of it.
